Several rounds of interviews. Relatively conversational - some review of past experience and feeling out industry knowledge. Clearly defined expectations of role and what the job would look like. Seems to be fairly self-determined and given a lot of freedom in the job

Question 1
What is your experience in the wholesale trim business?
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Prym Consumer in Oct 2022
Interview
I went through several rounds of interviews and met with several people from the sales team and HR. They were communicative and helpful, and it was overall a positive experience. I decided to go a different route, but I'd highly recommend the culture and company based on my experiences interviewing there.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked a lot about time management and self sufficiency.
I was contacted for a phone interview after applying through LinkedIn. The phone interview lasted about an hour long, though it was scheduled for about thirty minutes. The individual conducting the interview had a condescending and unprofessional demeanor, as he repeatedly cycled through similar questions. The interview was not conducted in an efficient manner and highlighted his lack of experience with Prym due to his recent hiring date. Instead of providing more details about the position initially, he began the interview by asking if there were questions about the role, which took up unnecessary time. He was unable to provide a clear pathway for implementing improvements to company and partner websites. He was also unwilling (or unable) to articulate his action plan that this role would be supporting and carrying out. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience due to his crass statements and narrow minded perspective.
