Overall not too difficult but prepare a few more stories would be very helpful.

Interview
I had an online interview which was lovely, It was a job/position I was very passionate about. They expressed extreme interest in choosing me. It was down to me and one other individual who had a few more year of experience. I was not the lucky individual to get the job in this terrible Seattle job market, and that's okay. What I find disrespectful, is that they did not reach out to me directly, that had my recruiter delivery the unfortunate news.

They are very curious of recent experiences, and how you would handle certain, everyday on the job , situations.
