Interview
I applied for an HR Director role at Pure Home Real Estate through Indeed. The overall candidate experience was unfortunately very poor and unprofessional.
• After applying in July, I was invited for an interview on short notice (one day’s notice).
• The interview was conducted by the Office Manager, who offered no introduction about herself, the company, or the role. The only question asked was “Tell me about your experience”, without reviewing my CV or asking any technical or competency-based questions. The meeting lasted less than 10 minutes.
• A month later, I received another generic, unclear interview email (addressed to “Dear Candidate” with no mention of job title, specific time slot, or location).
• Assuming it was a second round, I attended again, but it was the same person asking the same single question. When I mentioned we had already met, she rudely denied it and dismissed the discussion.
• Communication was vague, emails landed in my junk folder, and there was no follow-up call.
• The process gave the impression of disorganization, poor candidate tracking, and lack of structured assessment methods.

Interview
Only asked questions, not introduced to the company's work culture. nothing about the extra work timing or other requirements. not a professional attitude by sending offer letter and never inviting to actually join work.
