A very reasonably length process: one initial call with the manager before a longer more in depth interview. Final stage was a presentation with two managers. Everyone was friendly and email responses were usually within a few days so overall a good experience.

Question 1
What’s an email marketing campaign that you’ve seen recently and what would you have done to make it better?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pure360 (Guildford, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
Interview process was okay, people interviewing me did not turn up on time, during the interview, another person turned up. When answering certain questions, I had to repeat myself again for the second person, which I didn’t want to do. If people are interviewing you, they should turn up on time. Because they didn’t turn up on time, they didn’t know much about me.

Question 1
Asked about the types of prospects I have pitched in the past, my outreach process, methodology behind it, objection handling. Why I am applying for this job? Why I decided to leave my current job?
Thank you for your feedback, it's useful to understand where we can improve.
For candidates in their first F2F interview that we think show some potential as the interview goes on, we have trialled saving the candidate's time of needing to come back for a 2nd round F2F interview by introducing them to another relevant Director of the business so they can meet the candidate for the 1st time.
I understand now how this could change the dynamic in the 1st interview so we have improved our interview process to ensure we manage expectations clearly next time.
Thank you again for the feedback.
Good luck in your search
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pure360 (Brighton, England) in Aug 2017
Interview
Initial interview was a f2f - Hiring manager was confused that I had arrived at their office for an interview (even though I had directly been speaking with her and she had confirmed the interview.) The interview lasted around 45 minutes and was just a general chit chat regarding my experience and what I could bring to the table.
I would say from my experiences this would have to be the first company to undersell an opportunity. She had made me aware that there had been many changes and the sales team struggle hitting their monthly target. At the end of the interview she said that she will send over a phone task for me to complete... 4 Weeks later still have not received the phone task. The icing on the cake is when reaching out to Anne she comes back with a poor excuse of being busy and will send you the test the next day, but still does not send it.
Face 2 face
