Applied through naukri.com and was contacted by HR next day. Within 2 days, round1 was done and got feedback for the same immediately. Round 2 is something to be remembered for sometime and should serve a reminder that this organization does not employ professionals and should be avoided if you have other options in your bucket. Seeing the attitude of the interviewer, only one word came in my mind. TDC(go google it. Or better check with a friend who has lived in North India). Loud, arrogant, self absorbed from the word go. He gave me a coding task to create an application. AND VANISHED. He literally did not show up for more than 30 mins. I had decided to drop after sometime, but just stayed out of curiosity that what is going on here. My coding task was done in 10 mins and I just remained seated there doing nothing for more than 20 mins. Even listened to couple of songs during that time. Interview was scheduled from 12 to 1 PM. The guy went off at around 12:20 and came back at 1:05 PM. Saw my code, then asked me something which gave a clear impression that he had not even looked into my resume before coming for interview. And I believe, my rejection was based on the last question that he asked. Lastly, if you have someone who would come across loud and introduce himself as the mighty Architect, taking your interview, expect TDC swag.
