Received my first phone interview from their HR team about a new analyst role at their grocery app. Talked about my previous experience then I asked what the role is entails. The interviewer seemed unsure as to what the responsibilities are. Did not hear from them after discussing salary expectations.

Precise , accurate , lengthy but meaningful. Engaging and worthwhile. Exciting during the initial phase and eventually unfolded as very meaningful. I was a bit nervous at the start but the interviewer was actually very nice which eliminated any uneasiness during the conversation ending up as successful.

Easy common interview questions. Tagalog is the mode of communication so the interview went smoothly. Higher position may require English interview so be prepared for your answers. Just be straightforward.

Initial interview is through call. Waited around 3 days for a call that I qualified and can proceed for my final interview which is done at their head office. If you get an offer after the final interview, the requirements are immediately given to you.

The interview was long and intensive. I was given three interviews. The interviewers was nice and friendly. You have to pay for the notarization of your documents yourself. If i have a complaint it would be on the cashiers and other workers. Because as when i was waiting for the interview they were talking behind my back and saying things that were so unfriendly and rather unprofessional.

The HR will ask what do you know about the wholesale supervisor. And how will you carry out the task. Or how you handle customer complaints. What are your work experience

The flow of the interview is very smooth. You can notice that the HR are willing to listen on your answers and didn't pressure you at all. She even asked in a friendly manner, and willing to correct you when you messed up.

It was a simple and easy interview only. However, we waited for almost 5 hours even for an online interview. The questions are simple, It's all about how you handle people and departments.

I personally submitted my Application, then did an initial interview. You have to wait for a few days to receive a call from one of their representatives, who will inform you regarding the result of your application. You will be asked to attend to a more formal interview process.

Mababait yung nag iinterview, but in my case medyo matagal mag update about the result for final interview, until now wala pa din 2 weeks na po ako nag hihintay
