There were several meetings. First over the phone with a recruiter, then 2 different Skype meetings with managers from the team. Finally there was a third face to face on site that included a demonstration of a online platform. Very standard everyone was very nice. Took about a month and a half. One area that was frustrating, in the beginning of the process, I was quoted that the target comp was lower than what I was requesting but was encouraged to continue on bc they might be able to meet my current level. They went as far to say that they had talked this over and my requested comp would be approved, but then I did not get the offer. It was a lot to go though and I felt dragged along.
