Pushly interview questions

I spoke to the HR Manager and the CTO. Both were extremely warm and friendly and I could tell they were interested in finding a good fit both ways. The first interview was more in-depth than I expected and touched on basic social interview questions (greatest achievements/obstacles, etc.) and I was directed to the CTO shortly after. CJ was great and very encouraging. We spoke about my current job experience and the type of employee they were looking for. I got a good idea od expectations and company culture. The next step would have been an in-person interview with a whiteboard test, but I was not asked back for that. I think it was the best decision for both parties and it was affirming to know that my instincts in the interview were correct. Overall, the interview process was informative and mutually benefitial.
