I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at PwC (Boston, MA) in Oct 2024
Interview
First, screening by HR to check graduation date and 150 credit requirement. Later scheduled interview with Manager and Partner, 30 minutes each. Mainly asked behavioral questions, heard back after interview within 1 week. Process was a lot better compared to other Big 4 firms IMHO , given fast response.

Straightforward process overall - this followed the milkround process used by all big 4 accounting firms as they are aware candidates will be applying for multiple firms. Quick turnaround on providing the offer and good communication throughout.
