There are 3 steps before JO: 1. Assessment - you will answer questions while in a call with other participants. The HR will require you to on your camera for monitoring purposes. I think the time limit is 2 hours. 2. HR interview - mostly behavioral questions. They will also explain the vacant positions and ask what position you are interested to join. 3. Line manager interview - ask behavioral and few technical questions.
