I applied online. They did not ask for CV or cover letter, but did need to fill out information on education and experiences, that are equivalent to a CV. Then they sent you links to 3 online tests, including numerical, inductive reasoning and a personality questionnaire test. After this stage there was a video interview.

What is your passion and how you bring it to work?
One on one interview. You will be asked questions in all languages regarded to the region you are applying to. Remember to stay calm so that you will be able to answer questions detailedly and conscisely.

Interview
The online interview felt a lot more personal and like they actually cared compared to majority of large firms I have interviewed at. The questions felt carefully curated to actually being relevant to the role and they provided proper amounts of time to respond and prepare.
