1 Round: an assessment in the Milan Office. Very chilled environment. Easy business case. No individual interviews, also the motivational part was conducted during the group interview. During the interview two HR and one consultant were listening. Very easygoing behaviuor. Positive experience

The first interview was a phone interview. It was very informal and conversational. I told the interviewer about my past experiences. She asked about projects I had done in school (which were noted on my resume), so be sure to review any past work you have done if it took place a couple years ago!
