Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nothing in particular , the interview was laid back
I applied online. I interviewed at PwC (Manchester, England) in Jan 2013
Interview
telephone interview - questions were largely competency based and few like why pwc, why risk assurance, why this city. the lady was nice. but I still was nervous and got a rejection dew days after. My advice would be prepare in advance, and research a lot. and feel calm.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PwC in Dec 2012
Interview
Online application - very straightforward; nothing surprising
Numerical test - again fairly straightfoward, not as hard as the investment banks tests
Phone Interview - I found this very hard. A lot of technical knowledge was testing and knowledge of the industry/pwc's position within it was tested.
Assessment Centre - written numerical and verbal testing. written exercise followed by group exercise.
Partner Interview - very casual interview. It felt like they had already made up their mind and this was done simply to check you can talk to people face to face.
