The process took 1 week. Very friendly and slightly technical, first round with two associates and last round with a director. They want to see how you reason in different situations
they gave me 3 hours to build a financial model and a ppt explaining the same for a road concession project including tax, debt, power law dynamics etc

Ask about valuation methods (DCF, Comp transactions, Comp companies). Other topics asked may include Relief from Royalty, Contingent Consideration, how to select comparable companies or precedent transactions, or specific questions about the DCF.
