Very friendly interviewer. As long as you prep for behavioral questions, you should do fine. Moreover, they asked me some basic technical questions relating to the financial statements. Overall, pretty good experience.

Three rounds, all behavioral. The first was with a recruiter focusing on background and interest in tax. The second was with a senior associate, diving deeper into experiences and teamwork. The final round was with a director, focused on fit, long-term goals, and situational questions.
