The recruiter did not spend much time on role designation process, took the basic details and said will call back later based on the profile shortlisting
Later have been asked to attend the first round without having any understanding of the role . I have to follow up with them for a JD and First round and Second round was over and i haven't received any feedback from then for more than a week

Primo colloquio conoscitivo seguito da un colloquio tecnico con HR manager. Il colloquio ha avuto una durata di 30 minuti. L'iter di selezione si è svolto telematicamente nella totalità. Ho applicato per una posizione come intern al seguito del conseguimento della mia laurea triennale in Lingue.
3 steps interview process, first with HR, than Line Manager and in the end Regional Lead. There are no distinction between interviews or structured process. A lot of the questions can be repetitive and it is tricky as it is down to subjective assessment of the interviewer.

Fueron 3 instancias de entrevistas con lideres y manager. Amenas, me sentí cómoda. Se enfocan en el equipo y lo que uno pueda aportar allí, además de la buena convivencia.
