Colloquio orale tenutosi in due sedute separate. La prima conoscitiva e la seconda tecnica. La prima parte viene tenuta con un HR (domande sul corso di studi, interessi ecc...) mentre la seconda con un manager (domande tecniche attinenti al lavoro da svolgere).

Interview
The place is not very easy to find but after arriving at the correct floor level, there will be HR guiding you to respective meeting rooms on different levels according to functions. The interviewees were friendly and encouraging. They led me using questions in brain teasing questions and acknowledge my understanding about banking industry as I am not from banking background. They were patient to explain their job scope and team culture.
