The best interview I have ever had. The interviewer was friendly and respectful which allowed my skills and personality to shine through. It turned more into a conversation and I actually gained more knowledge of the role and company.

Three rounds, all behavioral. The first was with a recruiter focusing on background and interest in tax. The second was with a senior associate, diving deeper into experiences and teamwork. The final round was with a director, focused on fit, long-term goals, and situational questions.
