I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PwC (Manila, Manila) in Feb 2023
Interview
Initial Interview via phone call by a third party recruitment. Qualifications was discussed. HR was easy to get along with, very responsive, and motivational. Technical Interview was conducted via zoom with the hiring manager. Felt uneasy as he talked like he's in a hurry. Didn't engage or listen attentively as he kept asking questions I already answered. Final interview are done with Senior Partner. Job offer phase was dragging and traumatizing. Got JO the moment they found out I have JO on hold from other companies. They say salary range is above market but they proceeded to negotiate lower than the expected salary lol. Got callback for a verbal offer (HMO is not good btw) was given an onboarding date. They kept rescheduling when to send the offer letter said it is only pending for signature from the management. Made me wait a week(??) before they gave a decision which I initiated follow up. Only to find out the offer is rescinded even though the HR gave reassurance during verbal offer. They didn't give any feedback as to why but looking up they preferred to look for a Managerial role instead. Not even mad that it got rescinded. I got infuriated because they put me on a tight spot - they took too long to give me an update that my other JO expired.
