I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PwC (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2011
Interview
1st round interviews were held on campus. It consisted of one 30 minute interview in which a senior manager interviewed me. It was a pretty standard interview. Questions about my past/resume and behavioral questions were asked.
2nd round / in-house interviews were held 1-2 months later at the PwC office. It was a half day affair from 9a-2p. The recruiter gave a brief presentation followed by a talk and Q&A with a partner. Then we were introduced to our "office visit buddy." The buddy was basically a 1st year associate that basically guided us around the office to the different places we had to be. We had a little icebreaker with the other interviewees and buddies and then we were led to our interviews. The interviews were held in a vacant office and the interviewers came to that office to interview me. I had two 1-on-1 interviews by a senior manager and a partner, both for 30 minutes. Both were pretty standard but there was a lot of time left for me to ask questions in these interviews. All the interviewees then had lunch with their buddies. After lunch we had a tour of the MOCA/Disney building in downtown LA.
I applied online. I interviewed at PwC (Milan) in May 2026
Interview
colloquio con hr, di circa mezz'ora, e colloquio tecnico per verificare le skills attraverso analisi di un articolo e l'applicazione di normative in un case study basato sull'articolo precedentemente analizzato.
Three rounds, all behavioral. The first was with a recruiter focusing on background and interest in tax. The second was with a senior associate, diving deeper into experiences and teamwork. The final round was with a director, focused on fit, long-term goals, and situational questions.
