its was more into what risk and compliance is and how the candidate applies analytical mindset by asking situational questions. one should be ready for the questions based on the situations and answer them analytically.

Firstly, you have to complete some Reasoning and Mathematical tests. If you qualify, you will be moved on to the next stage which is the Job Simulation. You will be given emails to reply to, a one on one interview and a group project.
