Interview
First stage is an aptitude screening test that you take online, this is 20min quick logic puzzle, flowchart/ code, initiative exercises and progressive matrix fill in the blank puzzles.
Assessment day consisted of icebreakers a lecture in python, a short test on the subject. then group team building style exercises later with individual interviews parallel to this.

Good moderate question not so difficult puzzles and some questions on software testing cycles,types,water model,functional testing,non functional testing, to write testcases.
Hr interview was more about behaviour questions and some situation based questions
