pretty forward process
1- technical interview with the team leader of the department
2- if it's okay with him you'd sit down with the HR
3- maybe/maybe not sitting with the GM or someone from top management

Interview
HR interview at the beginning asking about different situations to make like a judgment on the applicant nontechnical skills , after that the applicant will have a technical interview with the head of structure department , he will ask about the Egyptian code limitations ( concrete only ) and he will ask if you have a known about different computer programs like sap etabs and safe ( it's important that you must know etabs ) and he will ask about if you have worked with the SBC before , or with ACI before too.
