Well I didn't reach the final interview but this is all based in my experience. I went at Park inn clark angeles pampanga around 7:00 am and you can already see a lot of applicants standing outside the hotel. Then I wrote my name in a paper and the guard gave me my applicant number I was 439. The recruiters starts before 9. So you should be early. It was per batch. First is arm reach. If you didn't reach the 212 cm then the recruiter will say thank you for coming but if you reach it the recruiter will say you're good to go. After that you will wait for your initial interview. Its was like a make it or break it interview. If you didnt receive any paper that is wrote congratulations then better luck next time. She just asked me one question.
It was smooth and well-organised, so I had a good experience. You should know the basics of your job to answer the questions. The company itself is so professional. Although there was a 2-3 minute delay.
got a mail for online assessment after getting shortlisted, then i was being called to kolkata to attend the recruitment drive which was held in hotel at first i had to complete one english test after the our height and weight were checked then after that one on one interview was taken and after that some them proceeded to the final round
1st day - CV drop
2nd day - chit chat (some questions about my current job, hobby, preference etc) & scar declaration
3rd day - Final interview (scar declaration process again and final interview questions)
