Smooth but just long. Applied via online application on their website, was contacted for a phone screen 2 days later. From then on it was a series of interviews after interviews. Phone screen, program manager interview, and then hiring manager interview. Had about four 30-minute chats in total. Process was very smooth and they were very accommodating, but it was just overly long until I received my offer about two months and a half later after applying.
