fast and through a temp agency, didn't really interview with Quad for another year as that was how long i was a temp. after a year they offered me a full time job and there wasn't an interview just paperwork.

Interview
I applied on-line, and they called me for an interview 2 months later. I had an interview in-house, and they called me the next day to offer me the position. I started the following Monday for training.
