there was 3 rounds.1st was written round which consist of aptitude,c programming,technical questions.
2nd round was technical interview in which mainily quesitons from verilog were asked.
3rd round was HR in which general communication skills and interest to the company was checked.

it consisted of 2 rounds first of general paper consisted of 3 sections coding digital and general aptitude .coding consisted of basic c coding and logical questions on loops.digital contained basic questions on multiplexers and logic circuits ,aptitude consisted of puzzles
general sequence questions.interview as i not selected for it but as heard from my friend interviewer was friendly knew our level for internships and asked basic questions on digital electronics and puzzles to check your mental IQ.

three sections.. apti, c and vlsi
vlsi-- read gate book .. its more than enough..
test is online.. worry abt c .. cos there will be a lot of for loops within for loops.. vlsi section is easy..
