Very nice and professional to the point and quick turnaround. They know what talent is required and are smart enough to judge it in small round of interview. Best to not bluff as they look more to ability to learn rather than wt we already know.

2 Technical + 1 US Round + 1 Mgr Round + 1 HR Round is the style. I went for a walk-in interview in 2011 and people are classy and smart. The manage the process so smoothly that you won't feel bored.
