Interview
This was an on campus interview at IIT Delhi. I gave interview for performance system role. The interviewer was a very senior researcher in computer architecture domain. All the shortlisted students were research students in computer architecture domain. The interviewer had no interest towards the interview. He went out of the interview room very frequently and was pretty restless. The interview questions were only on projects and advanced architecture concepts. The avg interview time was 1hr+ . They did not select a single student for this role and we did not get any feedback from the hiring team. HRs were more interested in wrapping up the process such that they can announce to the media that they have offered XYZ packages.
I did not expect such unprofessional behaviour from Qualcomm
