I have applied through university career afair. They send email and set the interview time. Through the interview they ask describe your projects, then ask some questions on stochastic probability to compute on that time!
There will be eight rounds in total. It's better to have an on-campus recruitment for a more efficient and streamlined process, ensuring better candidate engagement and smoother coordination. They will help if you are able to answer.
