Quandri interview questions

It was a screening call with the director of operations. It seemed their HR was too busy to handle the call. The call was rescheduled a few times. I was asked about my experience and a description of an operations-related project I managed.

Slow times to respond. Doesn’t seem like they are clear on what they are looking for and that is reflected in the 4+? Times this role has been reposted. Bad sign for the overall company if this is the state of their hiring process. And rejecting candidates via LinkedIn automated message is bad form.
