First stage was a short interview with the CTO, more of a conversation than a standard interview which was good. CTO took an interest rather than reading a few questions from a list. Standard behavioral questions.
In between the first and second stages you will be asked to complete a challenge where you have to write about a spring boot application before your next interview.
Second stage was a sequence of interviews. The first was a short interview with a developer and the SCRUM master, they also took an interest which was nice to see. They asked some questions such as my history with agile along with some behavioral questions. Next interview was a technical interview, they gave a lot of time and the question was very straightforward. Don't try to rush through the question, spend a few minutes understanding it and it should be solvable very quickly. (I did not use that advice and messed up) Felt like a leetcode easy. The interviewer was helpful during this test and would occasionally check in. The final interview was a personality/behavioral interview, mostly standard questions but a few questions were slightly out there. Nothing too bad though, should be fine if you are honest.
Overall very positive experience, consistently friendly interviewers, 2 stages rather than the usual million, good project with a modern tech stack etc.
Waiting for reply at the moment.
