Quantitative Risk Management Financial Systems Software Developer interview questions

It was a phone interview. The interviewer did not seem enthusiastic or cheerful from the very beginning. I wonder if that represents the happiness quotient of their employees. I was asked a few general questions about the desired position, and then a few technical questions. It lasted around 40 minutes. I haven't heard back from them.
