The interview process was in-depth. Mine began with a brief interview at a job conference. From there I attended a more vigorous interview at corporate headquarters in Dayton, OH where I interviewed with most of the top leadership of the company to include the COO, CFO, VP of Training, VP of Finance, other Local Presidents, and so on. The process was excellent.
