I applied through an employee referral. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at Queensgate Investments (London, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
Drawn out interview process over 12 month, with longer period of no communication. They create a high pressure environment and make you seem like you are not good enough. Very extensive case study to do at home, process took multiple days of full time work. No immediate feedback received. After 4/5 interviews invited back to meet chairman to receive job offer. Told to justify salary and explain why I don't deserve to take a pay cut. Also pressured to sign on the spot with contract being printed and asked why I would possibly need more time to think about it. Terrible experience overall.
