first round was telephone interview and second round was in person interview. the interview process was easy and they look for your personality more than technical. i was so friendly with the people over their and the whole team were so casual.

The interview that was conducted was very unprofessional. It was very apparrent from the begining that this was not a mature company. The nature of the questions had nothing to do with the skills required for the position. When I finally was given the opportunity to ask how this position came to be, it was revealed that their existing employee simply walked out and quit with no warning. This confirmed my fear that the comapny have a long way to go if it wants to obtain highly skilled trained resources.
