I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Quin Design
Interview
Poor experience overall. Leadership changed the position title in the middle of the interview process for one role and then failed to let me know the new role I was now interviewing for was different than what I had originally applied for online and interviewed for (a large step down in title and salary). I was then sent a job offer with the revised title/salary and it didn't align with the level of experience and tasks being required for the original role.
When I asked for a call to discuss the confusing offer, I was told they changed the department structure and removed the original role I had been interviewing for. However, this was never discussed with me. This was not a good use of anyone's time and this should have been clarified from the beginning to ensure all parties were happy with on board with this before sending an offer.
In addition to the low offer, they offered no share structure, no bonuses, and required a full-time in-office commitment (no remote working).

Question 1
Tell us about your leadership experience and hiring/building a team.
It went so smooth. They asked me so many technical questions. But overall very friendly and well accommodating. The HR was so friendly yet professional.
They started with tell me about yourself and then started asking questions about my resume and portfolio.
