After applying, you are asked to take an online test that takes about 45 minutes. Nothing too complex. There were a few questions about sql queries, sorting lists, and some brain teasers. After the test, I was asked to go in for a technical interview where they mostly just went over the test and asked for clarification and gave feedback.
