Interview process was quite informal, basically met with the director at a coffee shop to discuss my previous experience, what the role at the company would involve and what my aspirations would be should I be given the role.

Fairly informal. Met at a hotel for a tea with the director. He presented himself, the company, what types of projects they work on. He wanted to get to know me as a person.
