Very friendly Director, made you feel at ease, the whole process was ran quite informally which fit the feel of the company, relaxed, yet professional, struck the right balance which gave the impression that the company treats it's staff very well.

Fairly informal. Met at a hotel for a tea with the director. He presented himself, the company, what types of projects they work on. He wanted to get to know me as a person.
