RAS interview questions

Poor. They were not expecting me even after confirming with the recruiter and they were generally unprepared and unprofessional. I pulled my application after the experience. I felt disappointed to have taken the time to attend the interview. The workplace in general did not appear professional or well maintained

short telephone interview with the HR manager. It was a competency based interview. The HR manager was very friendly. Questions:1) what ae the key factors of personality in order to work effectively in a company. 2) a situation that you act as a team member and the results of this experience 3) describe how you built business relationships in your past working environments.
