then meet in person to meet the entire staff
decision is really up to you from that point, but I was pressured to sign on the spot which is whyi decided to not sign with them
Do you have an active real estate license? How many years experience? How many houses have you sold? are you residential or commercial? Do you know any one else? are you on a team or solo real estate agent

On call, getting the information necessary to make a decision on whether you want to progress further or not. Information about training cost’s, days and times as well as expected earnings
Ask introductory questions They asked about hobbies, how much experience I have in the field, in which area I would like to work, about conditions ,could say it was a routine interview
