Question 1
What challenges could arise from working with partners?
Awful hiring process throughout, apart from the office manager's friendly manners, and apparent appreciation's of applicant's commercial awareness.
Process rushed throughout, with: three rounds of interview as opposed to the two initially announced; a request to fully draft their new strategy between interviews #1 and #2; quick turnaround with limited room for preparation/sudden change of agenda with no regard to applicant work/other commitments; an extended interview #3 with the board of trustees; applicant ghosting upon reception of the draft strategy; recruitment of a more junior profile to implement the strategy drafted. Applicant had to chase office manager for weeks to secure a reply from senior management, with no specific feedback. Hiring manager and recruiting panel asked for previous knowledge of human rights but used this against the applicant during the different interviews.
Organization does an amazing job for Human Rights Defenders; it would be great to do the same for prospective applicants. Hiring processes give an idea of the work culture, and a positive recruitment experience will turn applicants into ambassadors, whatever the outcome of their application.

Interview
Il processo di colloquio è stato lineare e ben gestito. Anche i tempi sono stati piuttosto veloci. Dopo una primissima selezione, abbiamo fatto una chiamata conoscitiva e poi c'è stata una esercitazione pratica.
