REGENXBIO interview questions

Had a virtual interview with HR, followed up with them a week after the interview. Followed up again a couple days after and never heard from anyone. I only ended up hearing back from HR when I mentioned it's disrespectful to ignore interviewees after their interviews. HR magically responded saying 'I was so busy with interviews I couldn't possibly reply to your email and let you know that I WAS going to call you this week'. I told her that if you had responded to any email prior to my calling your behavior disrespectful then you'd have a leg to stand on. We're human beings, not just resumes.

First I had a video interview and then came to the HQ in Rockville for a in-person interview. I was originally told that I had gotten the job which was subject to a reference and background check. However three weeks later, I was told that they had given the position to a "late-stage" recruit who was friends with team members from a different company. Nepotism.
