RESULTS Canada interview questions

The interview was with two RESULTS colleagues and was a pleasant and acceptable process. When it was finished, they informed me that they would get in touch by the beginning of the next week. The following day I wrote a thank you note and never heard back and then wrote again after nearly two weeks of not hearing anything. I finally got a reply of a decline of an offer over three weeks later. It is fine to not hire someone, but a certain level of professionalism and response would be appreciated.
