RICS Software interview questions

These guys were awesome. Gabbed on the phone about their company, my experience, and technology that makes us geek out. They were super interested and I live in Seattle - so they flew me out, put me up in a hotel, and fed me some great Indy food. :) I had a blast interviewing with these guys. Interview process was checking out the office, grabbing a conference room, and just talking about my experience, what technologies I like to work with and why, and in what direction I was headed. I really liked their approach, adored their company and the direction they are going. Professionally, this would have been my top pick of company - but personally, I had to go with another location. If you are considering applying for RICS do not hesitate. This company is going places and their team is very friendly.
