RIFT.io interview questions

First there was a phone interview. The interviewers were extremely knowledgeable and what really stood out to me was that they made a real effort to understand the answers I gave to questions. Clearly this was not just someone following a check list. The questions were not hard in a sense, but they were deep and thoughtful. The onsite interview was relaxing and I really enjoyed it. It was like sitting around and geeking out with friends. There was a little work on a white board, but it was really just a prop for the discussions.
