Overall, I would say that the whole process took about 12 hours of my time and took about 2 months. My interview process was as follows: 1. A basic 10 minute take home tests with basic questions about OOP and things like variable scope. 2. A 30 minute very by the book HR screening 3. A 1.5 hour technical phone screening with some screen-sharing programming questiosn 4. A take-home assignment that took about 5 hours 5. A 1 hour on-site tour and IQ test with a few seemingly nonsensical questions 6. A 2 hour on-site interview to discuss the take-home assignment When all was said and done, I got an email saying they were pursuing another candidate and were unfortunately unwilling to provide any feedback. If you are concerned about wasting your time, I would frankly look elsewhere. I wouldn't have minded the prolonged process if I had gotten some form of feedback allowing me to improve, but spending ~12 hours for almost nothing in return left a bitter taste.
