Interview
My interview process with RPA included a phone Interview followed by an in office interview. The phone interview was with someone from HR who explained the position and allowed me to ask questions about it. They then scheduled an in office interview with the person that would would be my supervisor. That interview was fairly laid back, no tough questions. It was more of a meeting to see if I would be a good fit for the position and within the team.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at RPA (Santa Monica, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
Very easy, since it is a job that doesn't require agency experience they were primarily looking for someone who was enthusiastic and very proactive. I interviewed with 3 women from my department and my main concern was how I would be able to move up in the company. I was very pleased to hear that all women were very enthusiastic and had been at RPA for a long time.
There were four different interviews- one with Recruiter, one with manager, one with team supervisor, and one with vice president. I thought it was ridiculous and its an awful company.
