Interview
I had a short phone interview, and then later was called in to interview in their office in DC. TThe receptionist was friendly and showed me to the interview room. wo members of RTI Business Development team came to interview me. Whole process was a little shy of an hour.
I was a referral, connected directly with the hiring manager. I also completed the necessary application steps. Was told HR would schedule my initial screen. No one ever followed up with me to schedule it. I continued to check in for a few months afterward and never got a response.

Interview
I had three interviews with RTI, all of which went really well and they seemed really excited about me working with them. After saying they'd get back to me in a week, I never heard back from them even after reaching out to them a couple times. I found the whole process to be rather disrespectful.
